We deeply value the relationships we build with our vendors.

Southwest Property Management is thankful to the various vendors that have serviced our managed communities over the years. Southwest has a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts.

To be considered for one specific job – you can request and submit a paper vendor package. This packet requires all documentation, tax forms, a profile sheet, licenses, insurance, and client references as well. We will use this to accept a bid for a project.

To request a Vendor Packet – please email info@swpmcfl.com and include the following information: the name company, services provided, person / title requesting packet, and what project they want to bid on. 

Additionally, Southwest has also partnered with VIVE, a 3rd party vendor compliance firm that specializes in certifying vendors in the community management industry. The registration process is streamlined and easy, taking less than 15 minutes and ensures our HOA’s always have the needed documents on file to get you paid FAST. This process is the best practice and allows you to have access to all managers needing bids.
