Logging in to your HOMEOWNER PORTAL is your connection to everything you need to stay informed on what is happening in your community. Your portal is the place where your Association communicates everything to you, a valued homeowner. Once you login to your portal (the web-based software is called CINC) you will have 24/7 access to your account. All of your frequently asked questions will be there too.
It is crucial for homeowners to know what is going on in their community, see their ledgers, read their documents, and understand all things related to living in a community that has an Association. There are items like compliance that require responses to be made on the portal, so everything is tracked in the system for your benefit. We have found that once homeowners logged into the portal – they felt more connected, less frustrated, and realized the information they were looking for was uploaded to their portal the entire time.
