20 Years + Counting: After 20 years – Southwest 2.0 emerged. When the founders of Southwest retired, a unique opportunity emerged to build upon their legacy. With new owners and leadership in place, we had the chance to define our future identity while reaffirming our commitment to exceptional service and community support.
