Southwest provides access to one of the industry’s most advanced web-based homeowner portals (access on a PC or through our mobile app). Available 24/7 from anywhere with an internet connection, the portal offers real-time access to community information. Board members can review reports and financials to support informed decision-making, homeowners can access governing documents, account balances, contact us, and see payment options. This transparency strengthens communication and reinforces trust between Boards and homeowners.

This new Management is so different. Supportive, willing to go out of their way to help anyway they can. Robert is the best. Answers calls immediately. fixes problems in a timely fashion. Ask him a question, if he doesn't know the answer, he'll find it and get back to you. I love his sense of humor. Working with him is pure pleasure!

In the few months they've been managing our community they have helped uncover and rectify hundreds of thousands of dollars of waste, they have terminated insubordinate employees, they have brought in hard working, respectful employees who are adored by homeowners and other community residents. SW has helped us negotiate or re-negotiate contracts the previous board put in place that were HORRID and cost our community tens of thousands of dollars. They have helped correct maintenance issues that have been hidden and ongoing for decades.
I can't say enough positive things about this team. It's going to be a slow and steady process, but they have the patience, knowledge, and tenacity to see this through, and I'm excited to see our community continue to improve under their management.

In his short period of time here, he has a done a lot of work for the development following up all the necessary things communicating with the homeowners and the HOA.
The work he has done since he started are more that the previous Property Manager we had. He communicates very well with the HOA Board and ready to discuss any issues until they get resolved.
He is professional, polite, helpful and welcoming. Juan actually seemed eager to help, patient in his disposition over the phone, he thanked me for calling him and for calling back after he followed up with me when he left me a msg. He explained how everything would be handled and it was all handled as he stated... with courtesy for my schedule, and a consideration for my feelings.
I rewrote this comment about 5 times because I found myself writing about how much I appreciated Juan taking care of everything. (the previous management was very difficult to work with) I believe Juan was very pleasant to work with and the process of getting the repairs was excellent and relaxing...hip hip hurray for our new association and the new manager assigned to my building Juan made a huge difference with personal compassion and professionalism.
I cannot recommend their services highly enough for any HOA or condo in Central Florida.
