Southwest Property Management is thankful to the various vendors that have serviced our managed communities over the years. Southwest has a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. In order to fulfill this responsibility, we have signed up with a 3rd party vendor compliance firm named VIVE.
VIVE specializes in certifying vendors in the community management industry. Registration is required for all vendors to continue a relationship with Southwest Property Management. The registration process is streamlined and easy, taking less than 15 minutes and ensures our HOA’s always have the needed documents on file to get you paid FAST.
Fill out our vendor application form to provide us with details about your services and qualifications.
Provide copies of your licenses, insurance certificates, and other necessary documentation.
Our team will review your application and may conduct site visits or request references.
Once approved, you’ll receive all the information you need to begin working with us.
